News
Press Release

In the world of digital accessibility, partnerships are crucial to drive innovative solutions. That's why we're thrilled to announce our collaboration with KölnTourismus, the official tourism organization of the city of Cologne. The city of Cologne itself is already using our tools to make its digital platforms more inclusive. With VisitKölnthe official website of KölnTourismus, digital accessibility in the metropolis will be expanded even further!

A shared vision for inclusion

The cooperation with KölnTourismus is more than just a collaboration; it is a step towards a more inclusive digital landscape. Our shared vision is to ensure that all people - whether locals or visitors - can experience the beauty of Cologne, regardless of their abilities.

With the Eye-Able Assist® tool on the German website and the English website (Tourist Information Board Cologne) takes accessibility to a new level. In addition to intelligent font enlargement, screen readers and blue filters, website visitors now have over 25 functions at their disposal to further individualize their online search for sights, events and other tourist information and to optimize it according to their own needs.

The partnership with KölnTourismus is an important step towards making the range of tourist information for visitors and business travelers as inclusive as possible. Together with Cologne's tourism promotion agency, we will continue to work on creating digital experiences that are accessible and engaging for all users. At Eye-Able® , we are proud to be part of this journey and look forward to the positive changes we can make together.

By the way: KölnTourismus offers its own information service on barrier-free stays and mobility in the city - Experience Cologne barrier-free
